Getting Started with your Corporate Email Address with Outlook

So you have just built your website with KM-Spatial and it's time to set up  your email accounts to boost your business. 

This step by step tutorial will help you get started with setting up your emails and get those emails rolling with Outlook. 

Our technical sales team will help you set up email accounts on your behalf and these come with default passwords. We highly encourage each individual in your organisation to ensure that the first step upon a successful login, is to change the default email password to a strong password of their choice. 

Steps on how to do this are outlined in Option A in this step-by-step guide

Access via Microsoft Outlook 

Step 1: Download Microsoft Office desktop - https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nrx63209r7b?hl=en-US&gl=US 

Step 2: Go to FILE in Outlook 

…and select + Add Account button

Step 3: Enter your email address based on your domain 


Example: your-name@domain.co.zw 


And click on the CONNECT button.

Step 4: Enter your password (as assigned during email creation) 

..and click on CONNECT. 




Outlook will automatically fetch for your mail settings

Once email has been successfully setup, you will receive a test email from Microsoft Outlook that reads: 

This is an email message sent automatically by Microsoft Outlook while testing the settings for your account.

Once you see this email, you’re ready to start using Outlook as your e-mail client
